[scheduler] Timezone Issue 8: Show in the recurrence tab the data converted to the UI timezone

• Right now we're showing the recurrence tab information in the original timezone of the event.
• Change that and convert all the info to the UI timezone (exdates, until date, days of the week, etc)
• Remove the banner
