[pickers] Hide shortcut scrollbar when inactive

Added more shortcuts on the section Know which shortcut has been selected to facilitate testing.

Handles overflowX on StaticPickers and StaticRangePickers, that was being cropped on smaller screens.

Improves the example that illustrates the possibility to retrieve the last selected shortcut on the onChange call
