[tree view] Add docs page for `apiRef`

Create a new page in the docs to describe the use of the apiRef and its methods, especially after https://github.com/mui/mui-x/issues/10113 We should also describe why we went for exposing one hook per component to initialize the apiRef in https://github.com/mui/mui-x/pull/20235
