[TreeView] New hook `useTreeItem`

WIP

Steps

  1. Build a new useTreeItem hook the allows to create custom TreeItem component to allow easy and powerful customization. This new hook should follow the @mui/base DX.
  2. Use useTreeItem to create a new TreeItem component (name tbd)
  3. In v8, drop the current TreeItem and it's ContentComponent API to rely solely on this new approach
