Allow for more control of component spacing in editor

Summary 💡
Currently, element spacing in the editor is only controllable by horizontally resizing element containers / columns by dragging their edges, and changing the alignment/justification inside those containers. It would be great to allow for a more flexible control over component spacing, such as margins/padding in every direction, for example. This might imply substituting the controls for alignment/justification in the container altogether.
This task also involves researching how competing products support this kind of control over spacing and coming up with a spec for the feature.
