Support "MUI for Penpot"

Penpot traffic stats:

It would make so much sense to add Material UI for Penpot (with Material Design v2 and MUI@v6) , since MDv3 is work in progress (and will be for a while). Just like MUI for Figma.

Possibility to prototype UIs with an open-source tool (penpot) and MUI@MDv2 (as a solution that has both diverse & detailed UI-kit & stable code implementation). Sounds like what the community would benefit a lot from.

Current Material Design 3 Penpot UIkit doesn't have as many components as MUI for Figma with MD@v2, some are at all missing:

• Date Pickers

• Menus

• Time Pickers
