[material-ui][Checkbox] Not marked while clicking too fast on iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPad mini)

Steps to reproduce

Open any codesandbox example or even MUI's website on IOS device and try to select and deselect every option. You will see that some of the items are not checked/unchecked while clicking fast. The issue is not happening on Android and Windows devices

@hrant-abraham I can mostly reproduce this on an iPhone, even with the latest version of the docs, though I don't have an Android device to compare with ATM

Would you mind trying the the checkbox in this sandbox to see if there is any noticeable difference (from yours)?

I've raised this issue on react https://github.com/facebook/react/issues/31260 as I'm noticing this when just using basic controlled / uncontrolled checkboxes.
