[docs-infra] Fix Vale support for MDX
Context: I noticed this while reading #2719.
I did an iteration in #769, but I didn't test it properly 🙃, my PR was wrong, it has been broken for 10+ months, let's finish it.
While I was at it, I fixed a couple of issues:

Active voice. Yes, we are not the only ones to do this: https://vercel.com/design/guidelines#active-voice
Instead of “The CLI will be installed,” say “Install the CLI.”

Non-breaking space. Yes, we are not the only ones to do this: https://vercel.com/design/guidelines#non-breaking-spaces-for-glued-terms
Use a non-breaking space to keep units, shortcuts & names together: Vercel SDK → Vercel SDK.
