[docs] Full Tailwind v3 compatibility

Offending styles → v3/v4 compatible styles (don't make my mistakes!):

• outline-0 → outline-none
• outline → outline outline-1
• outline-2 → outline outline-2
• [[data-starting-style],[data-ending-style]]:whatever → data-[starting-style]:whatever data-[ending-style]:whatever
• pseudo:-z-1 → pseudo:z-[-1] (I'm sure the first one should work in v3, but it doesn't? Might be a v3 bug?)
• translate-1/2 → translate-x-1/2 translate-y-1/2

Also fixed the issue when the CDN version of Tailwind was unable to pre-render the styles of unmounted components, which resulted in messed up animations
