What are the differences between @base-ui-components/react and @mui/base?

I couldn’t find the document addressing this question. They are both named ‘Base UI’ and hosted by mui organisation.

Hi @rinarakaki ~ it's just @base-ui-components/react going forward, @mui/base is no longer maintained

Maybe we should have a callout or something about this on the /about page (for a while)? Alternatively, could also write it here and pin this issue to the issues page @colmtuite @vladmoroz
