Add auto-sorting using gnome-dash-fix

What about integrating the auto-sorting script from https://github.com/BenJetson/gnome-dash-fix with @BenJetson permission? Moreover, it does seem to be getting the changes made by the script resulting on empty folders shown on the app.

I was thinking to add categories support (issue #9), so auto-sorting shouldn't be a problem.
