"operation not permitted"

When running duf 0.5.2-4 from AUR, I always receive this message:

/run/user/1000/doc: operation not permitted

After that, all works well. What does that mean?

That's probably a bug in flatpak causing this. See: https://github.com/flatpak/xdg-desktop-portal/issues/512#issuecomment-692227378

You should see it for the regular df as well.
