Set the _NET_WM_PID and WM_CLIENT_MACHINE X properties

This PR sets the _NET_WM_PID and WM_CLIENT_MACHINE properties of the sxiv window, making it more easily identifiable from scripts. This should fix #398.

This PR has been open/stuck for more than a year. @muennich could you consider a merge or give us some feedback please?

I'd love to have this functionality on the main branch btw
