Access to predictions

Hi is there a way you can share the predictions from this model, git lfs is saying you are over your quota. Very grateful for your help with this. Kind regards, Dr Sam Kleeman.

Hey Sam,

sorry for the extremely late response.

This repository is sadly not maintained anymore. These predictions are quite bad in comparison to the predictions from the example Jupyter Notebook for the KiTS19 data set.
If you are interesting in using MIScnn, you can checkout the official repo: https://github.com/frankkramer-lab/MIScnn

If you are nevertheless interested in these predictions, I could upload them on the local data store of my university and share them with you.
