Feature: luet repo cleanup

We need a way to clean up the directories of the removed repositories from cache.

The idea is:

  • luet repo cleanup: purge no more available repos
  • luet repo cleanup --all: purge no more available repos, all repo trees and cached packages
  • luet repo cleanup --trees: purge tree of all repo cached.
