Add Z-Image-Turbo to gallery

Can you add the https://huggingface.co/Tongyi-MAI/Z-Image-TurboImage generation model to the gallery. It is an apache 2 licensed 6B parameters.

I have added the model to the gallery and it also requires the development version of the SD GGML backend until the next LocalAI release.

I added the quants created by leejet because the one you posted does not run on the SYCL backend due to the BF16 weights it contains. It has been reported though that the above quants work better for some people, so might be worth adding both.
