feat(hf-api): return files in nested directories

Description

This PR adds support to download files in subfolders (needed especially for multiple-files with same quants). This enables importing models also if not in the root of the huggingface repository.

A concrete example, now it should be possible to import e.g. q8 from https://huggingface.co/bartowski/Qwen_Qwen3-Next-80B-A3B-Instruct-GGUF/
