Environment, CPU architecture, OS, and Version: Docker GPU

Describe the bug Sometimes downloading a model "installation Error failed to write file /build/models/ connection reset by peer "

To Reproduce

Expected behavior Download model

Logs No logs for error

Additional context Refresh web UI and selecting install will download what is left of the model.

System fix? On error, redownload the model up to 5 times per model before it gives up?

@mudler Can this be added to the road map? for people that don't realise what had happen might think Local-AI is limiting what models they can use or download.

A health check for models that are downloading, if the check fails, it should re-download the model.
