I can finally reproduce this issue with Nginx Proxy Manager and curl command to the PATCH request. Further investigation shows the request didn’t reach the handler method of Memos server...
The fix is merged, please try upgrading the server to `neosmemo/memos:latest` or `0.22.3` docker tag.

Memos 0.25.1 has minor but API breaking changes. Mortis is already updated for 0.25.1, so it's recommended to use Mortis to handle API breaking issues.
Unfortunately, as both Memos 0.25.0 and 0.25.1 introduced API breaking changes, you need to use [Moe Memos 0.8.5](https://github.com/mudkipme/MoeMemosAndroid/releases/tag/0.8.5) to support Memos 0.24.0, and [Moe Memos 0.8.6](https://github.com/mudkipme/MoeMemosAndroid/releases/tag/0.8.6) to support Memos 0.25.0....
