希望能够增加手机端的通知功能，如果有新的记录消息手机可以立即接受到通知， 之前用的bark，在多平台同步消息的时候可以立即收到通知，我觉得点很好用。不用每次进入app中查看记录

由于国内特殊网络环境，导致部署的memo无法使用。 表现为： 浏览器可以打开，而Moememos无法打开。 看了一下发现quic很好的跳过了屏蔽，因此浏览器可以正常打开。 是否考虑增加对quic协议的支持？
