Romanian localization 🇷🇴

I started working on Romanian localization for MuditaOS. Might be a bit slow because, well, life happens. Will try to keep you all updated in this thread.

Translated all strings (with some exceptions) until line 362. I will continue tomorrow as it's 21:00 here.

Finished translation (quicker than I thought), going all over it again before testing. I'll start a pull request once It's ok

Everything seems to be alright except for one thing... Ă Î Ş Ţ characters aren't supported. I tried doing the thing with fontbuilder but instructions are very unclear. Could someone add these uppercase and lowercase characters? Thanks a lot!
