Also vanilla JS is an option too, this app is not complex enough for adding react/vue or anything else on top (not even jquery maybe) http://youmightnotneedjquery.com/

@alejandronanez I would love to help and contribute. I would be able to add the most value in React. Let me know if you decide on a framework I'd like to help build components.

I think React is a good choice for v2, although I agree with @alejandronanez that the application is not that complex and hence vanilla is always a great option. In both ways, I am happy to contribute.
