Support new Buefy components

I am sure this issue is not a duplicate

Description

Please can this package be updated to support the latest version of Buefy, with new components such as the navbar.

Steps to Reproduce

Try to use the new 0.8 components in a project, such as the navbar.

Expected behavior

Components such as navbar work

Actual behavior

Navbar doesn't work

This is probably blocked by: https://github.com/mubaidr/vue-fluent/issues/15

Currently testing components is difficult task, If we have an admin template or testing setup, it will lot easier to migrate to newer versions. Unfortunately, that requires a lot of time and I have got very busy lately.
