how many user can connect. I need to connect around 10k user at one time.

What application? Broadcasting? Conferencing?

Broadcasting only That will be tough. You can look at Muaz's Scalable Broadcasting. Otherwise you have to convert WebRTC to RTMP and then create HLS over CDN. If you can afford it, look at Ant Media Server.
