WebRTC Screen Sharing not working with my virtual classmates

I use D2L to access my English class virtually with WebRTC Screen Sharing. The platform is supported by BONGO. I use Chrome. Whenever I share my screen (computer) with my classmates, I can see myself, but they not see me. I troubleshoot using Zoom and Zoom is working fine. can anybody help me solve this issue? thanks
