lets build a scalable conference video call

Dear Khan , i am trying to fix some problem in this library and i need your assisting. right now when the 6th or 7th user join the video call some users are disconnecting and their remote feed is frozen. it seem to me that when new user join all users are negotiation again and this cause the disconnection and frozen between old users. so i think it could be a solution if you help us make old users to negotiate with new user only and not with all users again. i appreciate your help. @grimace @killmenot @muaz-khan @dansandland @Yuripetusko
