why detectRTC.js is blocked by showing threat to IPS

we are using DetectRTC.js version 1.3.6

detectRTC.js is loaded properly for all the clients except one to whom it shows this error 403 forbidden. when they directly hit file path in the browser it shows error - "ips sensor triggered" .

why this library shows threat in firewall? what can be done to fix the issue? I havent found any similar issue faced by anyone.
