HPPA complaint?

More of a question or feature request than a bug or issue. Without digging too deep into the code I'm curious if the connections are secure for screen sharing. I'm thinking this is peer to peer and doesn't really stream through a centralized server but I'm not familiar enough with JS to verif y.

I want to get our organization to try this out but they are weary of open source software. We have to deal with medical records and PHI.

Any info appreciated.
