Look like ICE is failing for some reason, Getting the below Exception In Console :

iConnection.js:2959 setLocalDescription error DOMException: Failed to execute 'setLocalDescription' on 'RTCPeerConnection': Failed to set local answer sdp: Called in wrong state: kStable```

Same issue is reproducable in your live demo.
