Specify device by IP

There seems to be no mechanism to specify the IP of the target chromecast. This would be really useful in multi device environments, or where the host device may not be on the same subnet as the chromecast...

I looked at this yesterday. I think this needs to happen in pychromecast module first, then mkchromecast can utilise it.
