Lock two thumbs it dragging on particular range only

is it possible to lock this two thumbs ?

suppose i want to lock (from this screenshot) this range only user can drag slider this selected range only and in between range not outside range ... outside range should be locked

i have slider range like 2 to 6 only when it appears and total slider range is 1 to 10 now what i have to do is i want to move slider 2 to 6 range only not 1 or 7 to 10 ..i want to lock this thumbs
