Parameters not propagated to host when changing presets (VST3)

If you have configured your host to display plugin parameters and you change a preset via the Helm UI, the presets in the host do not update. However, on/off parameters do seem to be propagated.

Observed in the Juce Audio Plugin Host and Ableton 10. helm_ableton helm_juce

I think this is also happening to me with Ardour 6 (similar to bug #57 as well). If I create the patch in Ardour it's totally fine, but if I load it through Helm's GUI it doesn't get propagated up to the session and so Ardour will reload the plugin with an arbitrary patch.
