Comparison with strapping-mediawiki

Just wondering if you could compare & contrast mediawiki-bootstrap with https://github.com/OSAS/strapping-mediawiki

I think it's fantastic that these projects exists, but am worried about a dilution of effort and end result.

The SMW support is important to me, so since strapping doesn't mention it I'd go with bootstrap, but I gather strapping supports bootstrap styles in wiki pages.
