Keep audio alive only when the built-in audio device is set to output

I've encountered a problem running antipopd with AirPods connected. This resulted in huge AirPods battery drain because of audio kept alive. I've implemented a setting to disable executing say command to keep audio alive when using some other output device than the built-in one.
