In particular, mtth/scratch.vim still seems to have the Winleave vs WinLeave bug (https://github.com/chumakd/scratch.vim/commit/1609acd2e5bd6c3a2a05a4d21217de452f46cae5) and the :bdelete bug (https://github.com/chumakd/scratch.vim/commit/c87fe72bd2542182c810cb729b17d6618a278928).
