Update Actions to Use macOS 11.0

Actions is working on public support for macOS 11.0 (with M1). Can be tracked in https://github.com/actions/virtual-environments/issues/2486. Once available, we should add a second test job to test against Intel and Apple Silicon separately.

Not sure if this is issue of the homebrew tap, but on m1 mac brew installs intel version of the app (marmaduke-chromium). Is there an arm build? Is it an issue on marmaduke side, that he doesn't build arm version?

looks like an issue with the marmaduke-build, which seems to target Intel only.

Support for M1 Macs has been requested a few times at the repo, but it seems the maintainer simply closed the issues without a comment or explanation, which isn't really encouraging...
