OK I was confused about my own issue, which was to put GRAPH NAMES as well as page names in the window titles. That is NOT yet done.

I'm having the same problem; had to turn off forge to fix it, just rebuilding sqlite package did nothing.

Not without more information...do you have the heroku gem installed in your application?

I can't easily reproduce it, but I'll try leaving the dev console open in case it happens again. Current state: templates are still broken as I mentioned, but I can't...

Well I haven't had problems with the app crashing, but the non-functioning /Template command is still an issue.
