[UX] single tap edit of split transactions parts

In the edit screen of a split transaction one has to always tap twice to enter the edit mode of a part: Select part and select edit (from edit and delete).

As – at least for me – editing occurs by far more often then deleting, I would very much prefer the edit option to be the default action on the first tap.

Deleting may instead be implemented via tap-and-hold gesture, swiping-gesture on the part entry or even via a trashcan button inside the part edit screen (e.g. next to the check mark in the bottom right corner)
