First of all thanks a lot for making ESP8266_ArtNetNode_v2.

How do i connect the Wemos d1 esp8266 to the ws2812b led strips? To GPIO 1 only (TX) Can you explain the wiring? A bit more?

All the info you've asked for is in the images you've attached. Just connect everything according to the schematic above. The first table tells you which wemos pins to use.
