Could you please merge this and apply this? Because of this dependency the installation fails.
Addition of these methods enables creation, modification and deletion of checks and contacts. Supersedes part of https://github.com/mtodd/pingdom-client/pull/7.
Updated to return RCA fo a unique combination of check id and analysis id as required by the pingdom api documentation
