Take docgen.css from files folder to allow customized look for different documentations

I'm not sure if the is already a way to customize the docgen.css and tell docgen to include the customized version instead of the on out of the setup path. So I think it would be nice to create a require folder inside the files folder and copy those into the output folder on docgen run to allow look customization.
