Jquery 1.9 and 1.10 support

This works also with jquery 2.0, but phantom tests fail due to leaking jQuery object that has some GUID postfixed to it.

Any chance of merging this in? Hate to have to use a fork to get jquery > 1.9 support without migration plugin.
