not able to run the cmd file after installing the tools

IDE: vs code

Executed by: rigth click on the cmd file in quickstart folder and "Run Code" Tools had been installed from the "Ellerbach" Repository and the awesome-docfx- ... which served with 3 errors (not showing which) but seems like that repo has not got much maintainance. hoped this would be better here?

Shouldn't the QuickStart serve also from the provided files to take a first look at before having it added to an own project?
