So it renders well in Google search results

I did this, but it didn't seem to have an effect. I'll need to dig deeper.

I think react-native has some means for generating this (they certainly complain about it if you don't set siteRoot).

That last comment was about react-static not react-native. In any case, I've moved on the next.js now. Site map I created as a prototype doesn't really work. So I clearly need to learn more about this. I'll defer this to the next release.

I should look into this. It seems like Google and Bing are both doing this.
