Table of Content button not working on Firefox

I noticed that the TOC (Table of Contents) button on the top left corner is not working on Firefox (version Nightly 72). It does not open the TOC popup. In Chromium it's ok.

Maybe this relates to another issue with Javascript on Firefox #431 ?

In the browser console, I don't get any particular error except "fail to load ...pageview.js"
