daterangepicker does not support locale (start of week)

Can you please add support to the daterangepicker to allow select start of week (here the week start with Monday). I can setup my locale under the global nextcloud user settings. There is also a text listed that the week start with Monday. It would be very nice if the timetracker also use the locale setting. (I guess it is only an option to the daterangepicker).
