Make "projects" view consistent with "clients" and "tag" views

This s more a cosmetic issue... It looks unpolished that the table in the projects view behaves differently than in the clients and tags view, even though they fundamentally have a very similar purpose:

• clients/tags has an edit icon at the end, projects are edited by clicking anywhere on the table row.
• in clients/tags, the red cross means "delete this client", in projects the red cross means "locked" and is not interactive. The red cross for delete is not really intuitive as it can mean anything, perhaps better a wastebin icon?
• I could not work out how to change the "locked" status of a project or what that even means, so I'm not sure why it is there or if it is useful.
