[Feature request] Import or fetch Clients already present in the Contacts app

Hi,

I think this feature is missing because if you already have Clients present in the Nextcloud's Contacts app, creating them again in Timetracker is a pain in the neck.

Moreover, I noticed there is a parameters cogwheel icon that only opens a void pop-up when accessing it from the Admin view.
