Add Knife to F-Droid

F-Droid is an installable catalogue of FOSS (Free and Open Source Software) applications for the Android platform. AFAIK Knife is released under Apache License 2 so it is candidate to be added on F-Droid database. You can follow the instructions on how to submit your app here. If #you want you can edit README.md in order to add the following code with the correct Knife ID on F-Droid database
