Windows standalone: Use default entry point, unicode argv

Switches argv to unicode. Main function is now the default, wWinMain (which is more correct and allows us to skip setting /ENTRY linker flags, reducing CMake complexity).

Add a carousel/dropdown/tab view for embeds (preferrably as a reusable Astro component)

Enable [view transitions](https://docs.astro.build/en/guides/view-transitions/) now that Astro 5 migration is completed. Currently it breaks the TOC (which we should replace anyway, considering migrating to Astro's Starlight plugin for the manuals)

Once a new stable release is made and the JSON gets updated
